Good bye Lynne.
Today ends the month that my mother Lynne came out to stay with us. We are so thankful that she came and that the timing worked out so well (Claire was born the day after she arrived). We can imagine what these first four weeks would have been like without help from family and friends. It’s great that she was able to come out and warming how much help we’ve gotten from friends in KC.
I dropped my mother off at the airport for her 2:15 flight to New York and picked up Melanie’s mother, who landed early at 1:30. Between Melanie and the grandmothers I won’t be getting much of an opportunity to hold Claire. :) Ok, that’s not true. Lynn is having a great time with her grandaughter.
