We moved Claire to her crib three nights ago. She is no longer sleeping in our bedroom. It was a little tough the first night, especially for Melanie. Clarie has been within arms reach for, well, her entire life.
She seems pretty content with the whole arrangement. A side effect is that we've made one grandmother tremendously happy. Lynn Paul tells us that for the last three days she has watched Claire on the Crib Cam (sorry, family access only) every morning while eating breakfast. My parents are on vacation in California and don't have regular 'net access or I think we'd have two grandmothers watching Claire every morning.
